Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of services and goods by you (the customer).
These are the terms on which we sell all services to you. You can only purchase the services and goods from our website if you accept our terms and conditions.
“Us”, “our” or “we” refers to ShanMack Wellness which you have agreed to become a client of, or browser of our website.
“You” means the client, customer or user that is subject to these terms and agreement.
We will use our skills and knowledge to design a safe nutrition and exercise programme that will take into account your personal goals, lifestyle desire, dietary requirements, fitness levels and exercise likes and dislikes.
We will provide the service detailed within each specific programme and help you to achieve your goals. Your progress will be regularly monitored and the programme revised and adjusted accordingly when necessary.
You are expected to engage with us regularly to ensure you are on track with your programme and training.
You must cooperate with us in all matters relating to the services provided by us and provide us with all information required to perform the services.
You are required to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your programme if you are dissatisfied or if you require extra support.
All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.
It is understood and expected that you (the client) and us (the trainers) will commit to the programme and give 100% effort.
Failure to comply with the above is a customer default which entitles us to suspend the services until you resolve it. If you fail to resolve, following our request, we can terminate the service with immediate effect on written notice to you.
The description of our services and goods are outlined on our website. All services which appear on our website are subject to availability.
In the case of any goods and services made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information and specification you provide is accurate.
We can make changes to the services which we provide at any time.
As a client or user of our services, you have to pay the full amount clearly set out in the programme you have signed up for.
If you do not make payment when it is due, your membership and entitled services may be suspended until payment is made.
If you refuse to make payment, all services provided to you will be suspended and your programme will stop until payment is made and up to date.
Your membership will be terminated if fees remain unpaid for an extended period. You will still be liable for all unpaid amounts.
*** Direct Debit payments/ Subscription Payments***
If you pay any fees by direct debit or subscription, this will be billed through our biller (not us).
By nominating a credit or debit account, you authorise our biller to deduct from that account all fees and other charges you are responsible for.
You must keep your account details up to date and ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the payments scheduled to be deducted on your payment date.
All monies paid are non-refundable once programmes and plans have been received by the client, unless faulty or unsatisfactory and notify us within 14 days.
If for any medical reason you are no longer able to complete the programme, you will be given a refund on any outstanding weeks remaining. We may ask for you to provide proof from your GP.
If you leave for any reason on your own accord, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Our pdf training programmes are digital goods delivered via Internet download and because of this, we do not offer refunds on pdf programmes purchased via the website.
